The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances – fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery.

Elegant dining area, located in the kitchen area, dining table for 5 people. The dining area has air conditioning and a skylight.

Spacious living area with panoramic windows overlooking the sea. The living room has a set of sofas (3 seater and 2 seater) which can be used to sleep 2 people if needed, as well as a large TV. Next to the living room are open-roofed, carpeted games rooms with comfortable seating cushions.

3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m), wardrobe, safe, en-suite bathroom with shower, the 2nd bedroom has a bed (1.40 x 2.00m), desk, dressing area with chest of drawers and space for clothes, bedroom suitable for up to 2 people, 3. The bedroom has a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), a small children’s desk and space for clothes, suitable for 1 person.

The corridor/entrance area has a large wardrobe, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a 2nd bathroom with window, bath, sink, sitting area and bidet.

All bathrooms have underfloor heating and Wi-Fi is available.

Bed linen, towels, toiletries and household chemicals are included. For bookings of more than 7 days, full cleaning service 1 (one) time per week, change of bed linen and towels and utilities are extra.
