There is an elegant dining area in the kitchen area, a dining table for 4 people.

Spacious living area with comfortable sofa and TV. The living room opens onto an outdoor terrace (13 m2) equipped with outdoor furniture (corner sofa and dining table) and a remote-controlled retractable awning.

The living room has air conditioning.

3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a large 4-compartment wardrobe and a separate bathroom with shower. 2 (two) identical bedrooms, each with a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), desk and large wardrobe, each suitable for 1 person.

There is a large wardrobe in the corridor/entrance area and a guest bathroom with washbasin, sitting area and bidet.

All bathrooms have underfloor heating and Wi-Fi is available.

Bed linen, towels, toiletries and household chemicals are included. For bookings of more than 7 days, full cleaning service 1 (one) time per week, change of bed linen and towels and utilities are extra.
